If your orders fall under these circumstances, you can request for an exchange:

• Faulty/Defective

• Does not match the description of the item shown to you

• Incorrect size as what you have ordered (We advised all customers to send the correct measurement to [info@ornetrendz.com] so we can cross check your order carefully)

• Wrong item delivered

Please note that returns due to change of mind are not permitted. However, if the item has a defect, we are happy to offer an exchange. Our return policy is in addition to your rights under Australia Consumer Law.
