SHIPMENT POLICY

Australia Post is our carrier for all our Australian deliveries and it is duly registered. It’s important to deliver orders promptly to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Orders will be prioritized promptly and dispatched from the warehouse as quickly as possible during promotional and sale season. During busy periods, there may be delays with the dispatch but rest assured that we are doing our best to ensure timely delivery.​

PRIORITY DELIVERY

If you require priority delivery, you can opt for an Express Post.

  • $20 for Australian deliveries

  • $35 for New Zealand and $45 for international orders

Express Post is a registered service and the rate will apply regardless of purchase value or the number of items on the order. It is highly recommended that all New Zealand and international customers select the Express Post option as orders sent via the non-trackable standard mail option often experience lengthy delays.

In addition, Orne Minis is not responsible for any delays caused by the weather or for any items that are lost or stolen. Therefore, we strongly advise you to provide us with a safe delivery location.
